Shipping policy

We Ship Mondays & Tuesdays. We don't want our soap sitting in trucks or warehouses over the weekend. We reserve the right to pause shipping if the temperatures rise high in our area during the Summer. We do our best to get our soap to you as fast as possible, although we can not help the speed of USPS.
We have "Pick up" for those that live in the Madera, CA area and would like to pick up their order. Select "Pick up" during checkout and you will not be charged a shipping fee.
Just a quick note about our packaging: we use shredded cardboard to cushion your items during shipment. It’s eco-friendly, compostable, and requires less material than crinkle or tissue paper. We also pack your order in recycled boxes. You’re welcome to reuse them, too!
Our Shipping fees are based on weight. If your soaps are of a smaller size, you'll be charged accordingly (possibly a smaller shipping fee). As of 7.19.25 we regrettably have had to raise our shipping rates for the first time since 2021. For questions about shipping reach out to us, "let's talk" .
